We're a small sealcoat and asphalt business. At times we perform prevailing wage jobs on City, State and Federal properties as a subcontractor. We're expected to complete the necessary labor compliant requirements to our customer so they (and us) can get paid. As a small business, we're focused on our employees, workmanship and customer service so we don't have the manpower nor the time to complete the tedious labor compliant requirements.
